Thank you for selecting us to carry out the repair on your vehicle. We’re really glad you chose Ace, and hope that you are also happy with the service you’ve had from us.

You will see at the bottom of the form, that you have the chance to let us know how we did, and whether you would use our services again in the unfortunate event that you needed some more repairs. We really try hard to give a great service, and love to hear comments back from our customers.

We’d also appreciate hearing any ways in which you think we could make a visit to us even better, and if it’s a really good suggestion, we might even give you a little reward. But don’t suggest we stop the staff from singing, because we make that suggestion every day ourselves!!.

If you were not happy with your visit to us (and we genuinely hope that’s not the case), just let us know, and we’ll try our best to put it right, but we need to know about a problem before we can ‘spring into action’ to sort it out.
